urbabyname provides a baby name search and discovery platform. Our service includes access to a database of baby names, AI-powered name suggestions, popularity trend data based on US Social Security Administration records, and tools for couples and families to discover and save names.

Our name data is sourced from publicly available records and cultural databases. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every name record is complete, current, or error-free.

Account & Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions to urbabyname are billed annually at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

All sales of digital products (subscriptions) are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe there has been an error, contact us at support@urbabyname.com.

User Conduct

You agree to use urbabyname only for lawful purposes. You will not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrape, copy, or redistribute our name database in bulk without permission; use the service to generate names for harmful, discriminatory, or illegal purposes; or interfere with the proper operation of the service.

Intellectual Property

The urbabyname brand, logo, design, and original content (excluding name data from public records) are the property of urbabyname and may not be used without permission. Name data sourced from public records (including US SSA data) may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

urbabyname is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Popularity data is based on US SSA records and reflects only US-born babies — it may not represent name popularity in other countries.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, urbabyname and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
