Do you guarantee the name data is accurate?v
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee every record is complete or error-free. Name data is sourced from public records and cultural databases — cross-reference with other sources for high-stakes decisions.
Does Full Access renew automatically?v
No. Full Access is a one-time purchase that lasts for one year from the purchase date. It does not renew automatically. AI credit packs are also one-time purchases.
Can I use your name data for a commercial project?v
Name data from public records (including US SSA data) may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires written permission. Contact us at urbabyname@gmail.com.
How do I report an issue with the service?v
Contact us at urbabyname@gmail.com. We take service reliability seriously and will respond as quickly as possible.
Can I delete my account and data?v
Yes. Contact us at urbabyname@gmail.com and we will delete your personal information within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.
